Privacy Policy

This policy covers vitarecruiters.com and the forms on it. It is written for Vita Talent (“we”, “us”) and for the people who fill in an application or an opt-in form here (“you”).

What we collect

What you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number, the size of your team, the seat you are hiring for, your timeline and anything you write in the free-text boxes.
Basic technical information: the page you came from, the campaign tags on the link you clicked, your browser type and approximate location from your IP address.

We do not ask for and do not want financial account details, government identification numbers or anything about your health. Do not put them in a form on this site.

Why we collect it

To read your application and decide whether we can fill the seat you need.
To contact you about that application by email, phone or message.
To send you the free training you asked for, and follow-up email about hiring. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link.
To understand which adverts and pages work.

Who sees it

Nathaniel Brimlow and the Vita Talent team. We also use service providers who process it on our behalf: our website host, our email platform, our CRM and our internal messaging tool. They act on our instructions and only for the purposes set out here. Write to us and we will tell you which providers hold your information.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with other recruiters or with candidates.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies to keep the site working, to understand how the pages are used, and to measure advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the forms will still work.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, so that we can pick it back up if you come back to us. Email subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you.
Ask us to correct it.
Ask us to delete it, and we will unless we are required to keep it.
Unsubscribe from email at any time, using the link in any email.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
