Where this page and your signed service agreement differ, the agreement wins.

Nothing is sold on this website

There is no checkout here. You cannot buy anything on vitarecruiters.com. Placements are agreed in writing after a call, and invoiced separately.

You pay when you hire

No placement fee is payable unless you hire someone we introduce. If we do not find the right person for the seat, you owe nothing.

The 30-day replacement

If the person leaves the seat, or you remove them from it, within 30 days of their start date, we fill the seat again at no additional placement fee. The remedy is a replacement first. If we cannot find a suitable replacement, you get a full refund under the terms of your service agreement.

Refunds

Where a fee has been paid and no candidate has started, any refund is handled under the terms of your service agreement. On managed staffing, replacements are unlimited at no extra recruiting fee while your subscription is active.

Free material

The training, the model and everything else free on this site costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Unsubscribe from the emails whenever you like. The link is in every one.
