These terms cover the website. The placement itself is governed by the service agreement you sign before we start work.

Who we are

What this site is

An information site and an application form. Nothing on it is an offer to contract, a price quotation, or advice about your business, your finances or your legal obligations as an employer. Submitting an application does not create an agreement between us and does not oblige either of us to anything.

What we do

Vita Talent introduces pre-screened candidates to real estate businesses and helps place them into a defined seat. We are a talent placement service. We are not the employer of the person you hire, we do not run your payroll, and we do not supervise their work.

What we do not promise

• We do not promise revenue. Nothing on this site should be read as a forecast of what your business will earn.
• We do not promise a specific candidate. Availability changes.
• The figures used to illustrate the model (deals per week and pipeline profit at a $20,000 average contract) are illustrations of a model, not projections for your business.

The replacement guarantee

If a person we place leaves or is removed from the seat within 30 days of their start date, we fill that seat again at no additional placement fee. The detail, including what counts as a start date and any conditions, is set out in the service agreement. If we cannot find a suitable replacement, a full refund is available under that agreement, which prevails over this page.

Fees

No fee is payable unless and until you hire someone we introduce. Fees are quoted per seat, in writing, before you commit. No prices are published on this site.

Your responsibilities as the employer

You decide who to hire. You are responsible for your own compliance: employment and contractor classification, immigration status, pay, taxes, data protection and anything else the law requires of you where you operate. Take your own legal advice on those things.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, do not use the forms to send unsolicited marketing, and do not copy the content or the model on this site for commercial use without written permission. The Next Move™ and the associated diagrams belong to Vita Talent.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability arising out of the website or an introduction is limited to the fees you have paid us for the placement in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost deals.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Vita Talent is established, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
