What if I don't end up hiring anyone?
You don't pay. Full stop — the fee is only due once you actually hire someone.
What if the hire doesn't work out?
One free replacement in your first 30 days if it's not a fit. If we can't find a suitable replacement, you get a full refund under the agreement.
What if I need more replacements later?
On managed staffing, replacements are unlimited at no extra recruiting fee while your subscription is active.
How much does this cost?
Depends on the role, the search and the service model — we quote it on the call, once we know the seat.
